Told from a flash forward-to-flashback-to-present perspective, the production is a modernized Shakespearean tragedy about a street painter who is entangled with his art and the personal relationships in his life.

Directed by former Los Angeles talent agent Andrea Jacobs–who also co wrote–and co written by regional Emmy award nominee Maat Atkins (co creator) and Los Angeles based publicist Keith L Underwood (co creator), "3 Way Lovve" is loosely based on the life of the late, renowned painter, Basquiat and his relationship with a then-unknown upcoming singer, Madonna, and his mentorship with pop art icon Andy Warhol. It also has Shakespearean dialogue from the lead character, Willie Kenwood aka “Lovvespear” to give it "an Othellowean flavor” to help tell this virtual, provocative tale.

"3 Way Lovve" has been a labor of love for Maatology Productions since 2003 when Atkins, who is the founder of the company, helped to write the first draft of the stage play with his former journalist colleague Underwood. After a few false starts to produce it over the years, Atkins felt during COVID -19 was the time to produce it.

"We thought it was time to dust off the pages of the script and try to create something during this trying time with the Pandemic," Atkins said. "Now that everything is virtual, it was that much easier to put on a show."

The stage play made its live theater debut June 2020 during Hollywood Fringe Festivals’ Fringe at Home to give artists an opportunity to create during The Pandemic. Soon after, "3 Way Lovve" received rave reviews from viewers and critics and was showcased at virtual festivals for Minnesota and Orlando Fringe respectively.

It was through happenstance how Maatology Productions landed a premiere slot with We Make Movies. When Maatology Productions team member and Lionsgate Entertainment employee, Wes Hubbard, watched a TV segment on ABC-7 (Los Angeles) news about We Make Movies premiering the virtual production Now Now Now and contacted Atkins about what he had seen.

“He told me he was just about to walk out the door to run an errand and saw the news about it,” Atkins said. “He was thinking maybe our production could have a shot at being showcased.”

Soon after, Atkins contacted Now Now Now director and We Make Movies member, actor Tom Cavanaugh through Facebook Messenger about how to be featured. He generously connected him with We Make Movies member and actor Jack Zullo (www.JackZullo.com) who helped bring Maatology Productions the opportunity to be presented as a We Make Movies livestream event.

“My production company and I are so excited about showing our production to the We Make Movies community,” Atkins said. “and I look forward to being a longtime member of We Make Movies and have a wonderful synergy with them.”

What Critics Say About 3 Way Lovve….

"Much gratitude to the creators, cast and crew of 3 Way Lovve for a fun, wild ride. If there is a bright side to the pandemic, it is the creativity and innovation that has been sparked among artists like these to find new ways to bring entertainment and a welcome respite from Covid 19 and the other ills facing America at this time. We need it! "
– René Barnett,  TV/Film Producer

"It's an intriguing and ambitious play. The cast all give committed performances…"
– Cherry and Spoon Blog Minnesota Fringe Festival

"When you mix a troubled, street painter with strokes of fame and a palette of unstable relationships along the way, no doubt things will go downhill quickly as emotional outbursts reveal personal insecurities and a real lack of trust between lovers. And to convey the wide range of human emotions authentically takes a cast willing to take risks and lay their souls bare in the process. Such was the case at the performance I attended."
– SHARI BARRETT Broadway World Los Angeles, Hollywood Fringe Festival

"This is a very professional production with the use of graphics, set design, and music bringing a very high level of polish to the production. It’s very well written and has enough details in the writing that gives clues to the character’s inner monologue. This is the first review we’re given too much stuff to talk about. That’s high praise coming from us."

“I spent my entire career working for large organizations, overseeing nearly $1.8 billion in assets and have worked with hundreds of households along the way. Reporters wanted to know why Somerset Superior Court Assignment Judge Thomas Miller Meddled other judge's case

Judge Thomas Miller of the New Jersey Somerset Superior Court was reportedly to pressure Judge Robert Reed and make him reverse a million dollar decision

SOMERSET, NJ, UNITED STATES, January 18, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ever since after the press release about Judge Miller's involvement with the case titled "Central Jersey College Prep Charter School vs. New Jersey Chinese Community Center", Docket# SOM-L-1305-16 was published, the Chinese Community Center has been receiving calls from reporters wanting to know why Somerset Superior Court Judge Thomas Miller Meddled its case.

While answers to the question would be best from Judge Miller, it was widely believed that Judge Miller of the New Jersey Somerset Superior Court has problems with Asian litigants and particularly with Chinese.

Even though Judge Miller did not try the case nothing could stop him from meddling the outcomes of the case. The case was ultimately tried before Judge Robert Reed without a jury even though the community center had requested a jury trial.

The trial took place without a jury over the course of 16 days from September 2019 to January 2020. Judge Reed took copious notes and wrote a 53-page opinion.

In his final decision of April 22, 2020, Judge Reed found in favor of the Chinese Community Center, holding that the plaintiff was not constructively evicted and was liable for damages for breach of contract. The court held that the plaintiff left the premises because its attempt to purchase the defendant's building fell through and must accept the consequences of its actions. The decision seemed solid, untouchable, supported by 53 pages of detailed findings of fact and credibility determinations made by Judge Reed.

On 4/30/20, the defendant landlord filed a motion for reconsideration on the sole issue that the court had miscalculated the rent due to the defendant as the plaintiff tenant had two leases with the landlord totaling $2,230,074 but the court had only awarded rent due under one of the lease agreements.

The parties had a teleconference with Judge Reed who agreed that defendant's claim for additional rent due under the lease agreement fell within the parameters of a 4:49-2 motion for reconsideration and said he would recalculate the rent. He further stated he left all his trial notes in New Jersey after the trial had ended and moved down to Florida and needed counsel to refresh his recollection during the teleconference on what had happened at trial, and then for no apparent reason, invited counsel to submit any additional comments about anything else they would like to say to the judge.

These resulted in further post-trial submissions by the plaintiff and defendant more than half year after the trial had ended. The plaintiff had never filed a motion for a new trial or to reopen the trial record or to make any threshold showings required on a R. 4:49-2 motion for reconsideration in order for the Court to consider its post-trial arguments.

On 8/3/20, more than three months after making his final decision and more than seven months after the trial had concluded, the trial court judge entered a revised decision and judgment completely reversing himself from his 4/22/2020 final decision, holding that plaintiff was constructively evicted and that defendant was entitled to no damages.

Interestingly enough, Judge Miller was also back in the picture. The court took almost four months to revise its decision following the post-8/3/20 decision submissions. Afterwards, Judge Miller was copied on the revised decision, even though he technically had nothing to do with the case, and has continued to be copied on all correspondence concerning the appeal of this case.

Ever since Judge Reed did an about-face and reversed himself in the Second Decision, Judge Miller has been keeping tabs and maintaining a close watch on how Judge Reed is handling this case. Judge Miller has sent his law clerk to attend every discussion concerning this case, whether it is a motion hearing, oral argument, case management or teleconference.

Most recently, in an oral argument via Zoom on 11/17/2020, in addition to Judge Reed's own law clerk, Judge Miller's law clerk was again included in the hearing. Also included was an mysterious participant under the User ID "Polycom" whose camera was turned off so that the defense attorney was not able to see who the person might be.

When the defense counsel questioned who the mysterious participant was, Judge Miller's law clerk jumped in and defended the "Polycom" as a "recording device". However, according to the company, Zoom has full built-in audio and video recording functionality and the "Polycom" is not a "recording device".

Under the watchful eyes of Judge Miller's law clerk and the mysterious participant and the influence of their presence, Judge Reed not only quickly denied all relief requested by the defense attorney but also entered an order requiring the Chinese Community Center to pay more than $40,000 plaintiff's counsel fees even though his last decision awards no such counsel fees.

As the assignment judge of the Somerset County Superior Court, Judge Miler amasses a tremendous if not absolute power which may include the power to override another judge's decision that only the ethics committee can decide.

Fred Abascal Examines The Earning Potential of Building New Condos

Fred Abascal OnThe Earning Potential of Building New Condos

CLIFTON , NJ, UNITED STATES , January 18, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Fred Abascal has been investing in condos for years and has found that they make a robust real estate option for many buyers. However, there are a few ways you can get into this market: buying existing condos or building new ones. And Fred Abascal believes that it is best to make new condos to ensure that you have total control over your earning potential.

Fred Abascal Suggests Building New Condos

Although there are many condos on the market that you may want to buy, Fred Abascal suggests building new ones instead. You're going to pay more money – for example, a single rentable condo may cost $60,000 to buy, but a condo complex may cost more towards $200,00-500,000 to build. However, building new condos to give you a lot more investment opportunities, Fred Abascal says.

For example, you can choose where you want to place the condos to maximize your profits. Creating new condos in a busy downtown area is often a great option because you can rent them out to residents who may work downtown or visitors during vacation, Fred Abascal says. And downtown condos can provide great rental prices – upwards of $1,000-2,000 per month, depending on the city.

Now imagine how much money you'd be making if you built all-new condo complexes of 50 or more condos per complex. If your average rent at one of these complexes was $1,500 per month and you rented all 50, you'd be making $75,000 per month or $900,000 per year for each of your complexes. Of course, Fred Abascal doesn't want to downplay any of the maintenance that you'll have to pay.

But here's the beautiful thing about condos: they don't cost as much to maintain as homes or apartments. That's because your rent cost also includes condo fees, such as pest control, garbage collection, water management, and more. Fred Abascal says that you can take this money and use it to pay for this maintenance. As a result, you can bring down your investment considerably.

Just as importantly, Fred Abascal states that many condos have known as "anti-flipping rules" to stop the rampant and rapid sale of these condos. Typically, you need to own the condo for several months or even a year before selling it again. By building all-new condos, Fred Abascal says you can avoid this type of waiting period.
And Fred Abascal says you can also do something called "forced appreciation" to make the condo worth more money. Doing so may leave your operating costs at about half of your rent every month. So if you're making $75,000 per month and spending around $35,000 or so to keep them operating, you're making $40,000 per month or nearly $500,000 per year. And Fred Abascal says that type of

Michel Magne’s Moshe Mouse Crucifixion Album Resurrected by Thierry Wolf and FGL Productions

Moshe Mouse Crucifixion

Moshe Mouse Crucifixion

Michel Magne

Michel Magne

The provo album will feature the work of Magne and composer Roger Vadim, while featuring blues singer Artie Kaplan and lyricist Boris Bergman.

I decided to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of FGL Productions by reissuing of some the rare and cult musicals masterpieces.”

— Thierry Wolf

PARIS, FRANCE, January 18, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Thierry Wolf, chairman of FGL Productions, is pleased to announce the resurrection (on his label Play-Time) of Michel Magne’s famed album, Moshe Mouse Crucifixion.

Michel Magne was an experimental French music and film composer, most widely known for his adaptation of Jackie Gleason’s score to the film, Gigot, for which he received Academy Award and Golden Globe Award nominations. Magne’s famous recording studio, Chateau d’Hérouville, has supported the talents of Elton John, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Jethro Tull, Cat Stevens, The Bee Gees, and many others.

Recently, founder and chairman of FGL Productions, Thierry Wolf, has announced he has collaborated with renowned names in the music industry to resurrect Magne’s album, Moshe Mouse Crucifixion, which was released with indifference at the end of 1974. The album incorporates the work of two outstanding composers, united in one CD – the full Moshe Mouse album and Don Juan 73, which was composed by Magne’s old accomplice, Roger Vadim. The album is a reinterpretation of the myth of Don Juan, feminized in the guise of Brigitte Bardot.

“I decided to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of FGL Productions by reissuing of some the rare and cult musicals masterpieces,” says Wolf. “Moshe Mouse Crucifixion will be the first opus of this digging work, which has been produced with the invaluable help of Marie-Claude Magne, Michel's widow, and the author Boris Bergman. We have also produced a series of videos that respect the general atmosphere of this prophetic album. After nearly half a century of research, the untraceable original tapes of Michel Magne will finally be able to be heard by his public, who have many questions about this rare work.”

When they were together, Magne and Bergman wrote several songs based on the idea of fusion of cultures – all framed by themes with planning climates and powerful pieces peering at Carl Orff. One year after their collaboration on “Don Juan 73,” Bergman offered Magne lyrics that work like a modern tale, carried by the abrasive voice of New York bluesman, Artie Kaplan, the creator of the shattering Bensonhurst Blues.

Magne once said to Boris Bergman, “you see, Boris, when things are not going well, you have to be mystical. Write me something mystical.” As such, this is the starting point of the new resurrection and will include collaboration with Artie Kaplan and Bergman’s dad, who will be giving their voices using Yiddish language.

From this album, which also includes Michel Magne’s ascendant, Kurt Weil, emerges a song called “Prophets,” judged by Hip Hop historians as “Proto Hip Hop” of Eminem – half a century before one of the finest technicians of Rap.

This album, which is already part of the memory of music, is available today on CD and tomorrow on vinyl.

“If the castle of Hérouville went up in flames and Michel Magne could not bear to see their dream of a life go up in smoke, the remains his ultimate work are like a bizarre and perhaps prophetic testament,” Wolf concludes.

Moshe Mouse Crucifixion was produced and recorded at Magne’s famous studio.

Greg Vigna, MD, JD: Transobturator Slings – The Truth Hurts

Dr. Greg Vigna

Dr. Greg Vigna

Defense experts and key opinion leaders for mesh manufacturers have known for years about the unreasonable risks of transobturator polypropylene devices.

Key opinion leaders have testified that scarring/inflammation from mesh in a muscle could cause irritation to the adjacent nerves and.. others who admit the response to polypropylene is unpredictable.”

— Dr. Greg Vigna

SANTA BARBARA, CA, UNITED STATES, January 18, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — “I represent many women with pudendal neuralgia and/or obturator neuralgia whose injuries began just after transobturator procedures. This includes many cases of late onset cases and “trans-obturator meshes like Prolift and TVT-O are very dangerous for the pudendal nerve (and its branches) and for the obturator nerves.’” Dr. Jacqueus Beco, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Liège (June 14, 2014)

Greg Vigna, MD, JD, practicing physician, national pharmaceutical injury attorney, and Certified Life Care Planner states, “Dr. Beco is an international authority on pudendal neuralgia in Europe who doesn’t recommend transobturator polypropylene devices as there are other surgical options. Transobturator slings (TOTs) and mini-slings that insert into the obturator internus muscle are associated with obturator and pudendal neuralgia acutely after implantation or may become symptomatic months to years after implantation. Pudendal neuralgia experts across the world including Dr. Beco have known about the dangerous qualities of transobturator polypropylene devices for years.”

Dr. Vigna adds, “Defense experts and key opinion leaders for mesh manufacturers have known for years about the unreasonable risks of transobturator polypropylene devices as well, and have done nothing except promote the use of these devices. Key opinion leaders have testified that scarring and inflammation from mesh in a muscle could cause irritation to the adjacent nerves, and there are others who admit that the response to polypropylene is unpredictable.”

Dr. Vigna concludes, “It has been well established that pelvic floor myofascial pain is associated with transobturator slings, and it is becoming clear that retropubic slings cause pudendal neuralgia as well by injuring the levator muscles that attach to the obturator internus muscle which is adjacent to the pudendal nerve. Defense experts have stated on the record that levator myalgia independently in the absence of mesh is a potential cause of pudendal neuralgia, essentially agreeing with our position that retropublic slings are a source of injury for our retropubic sling pudendal neuralgia clients.”

Dr. Vigna is a California and Washington DC lawyer who focuses on catastrophic neurological injuries caused by transvaginal mesh devices including pudendal neuralgia, obturator neuralgia, ilioinguinal neuralgia, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. His cases are filed around the country with Martin Baughman, a Dallas, Texas firm. Ben Martin and Laura Baughman are national pharmaceutical injury trial attorneys in Dallas, Texas.

TAPP’s founder and national director, Wes Hazlett, was deeply moved by a photograph he had seen of doctors and nurses with facial lacerations from wearing masks for exhaustively long periods. Hazlett and TAPP team members are committed to honoring those in the health care industry who are battling on the front lines during a global pandemic.

“We’ve got a great team again this campaign and we were united when it came to selecting our health care industry and the selfless workers who are making a lot of deep sacrifices in order to treat those battling the effects of Covid-19,” said Hazlett. "Sacrificing for others is what our health care professionals do on a daily basis as they unconditionally serve our communities and families," added Rick Randazzo, TAPP team member and Fellowship of Christian Athletes hockey director.

Tom Chorske, director of operations and assistant general manager of the St. Cloud Norsemen of the NAHL, is a 2021 TAPP team member. "I’ve proudly supported TAPP for several years. As part of the St. Cloud Norsemen, I’m glad to be able to introduce TAPP to our fans and the Central Minnesota hockey community. I’m quite certain the people and hockey fans in the Greater St. Cloud area will help support and increase TAPP’s mission of honoring military personnel and health care workers across America."

During the 2010-2011 NHL season, TAPP’s 'Operation Fire and Ice' campaign honored six purple heart recipients at six NHL venues across America with the American Patriot Award. Due to the shortened NHL season in 2021, TAPP will be teaming up with four NHL teams in honoring those within the health care community who are standing on the front lines for the health of America.

Renowned goalie mask painter Jason Livery of Gulfport, Mississippi is customizing TAPP’s ‘Operation Frontline Defense’ theme goalie stick as conceptualized by Wild Bill Grafix (Minnesota).

Vaughn Hockey of Michigan is TAPP´s official goalie stick manufacturer. Scott Hughes of Vaughn Hockey emphasized the mission of TAPP's 2021 Operation Frontline Defense campaign, stating, "we must do our part in honoring fellow Americans in the health care industry at this time. Vaughn Hockey is excited to join in this campaign to recognize some special people through the American Patriot Goalie Stick Award."

Two TAPP award events are slated in February with events scheduled to occur on a monthly basis for the remainder of the NHL season. Event details will be released in late January.
