HSINCHU, TAIWAN, June 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- DNN Technology Co., Ltd announced the successful completion of its participation in SEMICON SEA 2026 (May 5–7, MITEC Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). This marked DNN Technology's third appearance at SEMICON Malaysia — and its first as a full ecosystem alliance, joining forces with Cogitate Technology, NTS Technology, and ADVANCORE to present an integrated Taiwan semiconductor backend Industry 5.0 Edge AI smart manufacturing solution.

Over three days, the booth attracted more than 500 visitors from over 20 countries. More than 50 groups engaged in in-depth technical discussions with DNN Technology, and 4 to 5 production line operators approached the team unprompted with the same question: "We need to integrate AI into our lines — where do we start?"



The Market Has Spoken: Edge AI Is Ready to Land in Southeast Asia

DNN Technology CEO Nicole Lin stated: "This is our third time at SEMICON Malaysia. At the exhibition, DNN Technology unveiled for the first time a physical DNN EdgeAI+ AI PC, with video demonstrations of autonomous process correction workflows — no human intervention required, with the system learning independently and delivering real-time parameter adjustment decisions.
The demonstration showed the DNN EdgeAI+ system achieving 2-micron precision in critical processes such as dry etch CD control, integrating AOI/AVI automated optical inspection and SECS/GEM equipment communication protocols, with 0% cloud dependency, under 10% downtime, and up to 95% smart manufacturing cost reduction for manufacturers.

Taiwan Semiconductor Backend Equipment Alliance — First Complete Appearance

The alliance brings together three specialized equipment manufacturers, providing full coverage of semiconductor backend process requirements.

NTS Technology presents Flying Laser Processing equipment featuring seamless-stitching zero-error precision etching with minimum line widths below 5 microns, alongside CO2 Snow Jet Cleaner VOC-free dry cleaning technology and automated film thickness measurement systems — covering high-precision process applications including Wafer Dicing and TGV.

ADVANCORE specializes in semiconductor dispensing equipment. Its automated inline dispensing systems integrate CCD vision positioning, achieve X-Y repeatability of ±0.025mm, and support eight dispensing processes — Underfill, Dam & Fill, AB material, UV sealing, and more — comprehensively meeting high-mix semiconductor production line and R&D requirements.
